And for Lorcana players who have been waiting for Coco to finally make its appearance in the game — the wait is almost over.
This guide reflects all confirmed Hyperia City information as of August 14, 2026. Card previews and set details will be updated as Ravensburger releases more information ahead of the October 23 launch.

Hyperia City lands October 23, 2026 — roughly three months after Set 13, Attack of the Vine!, which released July 24, 2026 and wrapped up the Illumineer's investigation into the mysterious vine threatening the realm. Hyperia City is the beginning of a new chapter entirely.
What Is Hyperia City?
Hyperia City is Lorcana's most distinct setting yet. Where the last few sets took Illumineers into the natural world — jungles, deserts, ancient mountains — Hyperia City trades all of that for an urban fantasy metropolis.
The official description calls it a town where "metro meets fantasy," populated by heroes, princesses, and the occasional wizard, with music and art driving the streets. The official tagline is "Drop in for a Beat" — and the musical theme runs through everything confirmed so far, from the Coco characters to the set's first song card.
The vibrant surface, though, hides something darker. Hidden dangers lurk in the dark alleys and mysterious events on the waterways — and if the pattern of previous Lorcana story arcs holds, Hyperia City is setting up a mystery for Illumineers to unravel as the set's cards are explored.
This is also significant from a story perspective. Hyperia City is perhaps the beginning of the next story arc for the Illumineers, moving the game's narrative forward after Attack of the Vine! closed out its own storyline. For players who follow the Lorcana lore — this is the first page of a new chapter.
Coco Makes Its Lorcana Debut
This is the headline: Hyperia City marks Coco's Lorcana debut — the franchise's first-ever appearance in Disney Lorcana, with Coco characters arriving as glimmers for the first time.
Coco is one of Pixar's most beloved films — and it's a genuinely perfect fit for a set themed around music, art, and a vibrant city filled with colour and hidden shadows. The Land of the Dead's visual language translates extraordinarily well into Lorcana's art style, and the three cards confirmed so far make that immediately clear.
Every Confirmed Hyperia City Card (So Far)
Ravensburger has officially previewed three cards from the set. All three are from Coco — and all three give us useful early signals about how the set will play.
Miguel Rivera — Street Musician
Ink: Amber | Card: 21/204 | Rarity: Not yet confirmed
The lead of Coco arrives as an Amber glimmer at card 21/204 — placing him early in the Amber section of the set. Miguel's card art shows him strumming his great-great-grandfather's iconic guitar — a direct visual callback to the film's central plot device. The Amber ink's identity in Lorcana centers around healing, support, and resilience, which fits Miguel's determined, optimistic character well.
Héctor Rivera — Street Musician
Ink: Ruby | Rarity: Uncommon | Card: 117/204
Coco's other lead musician arrives in Ruby ink. Héctor has Singer 3, allowing him to exert to sing a song as though he were a character with cost 3.
For Lorcana players: Singer is one of the game's most strategically valuable keywords. The ability to sing songs without spending a character's action is a core engine mechanic — and a Singer 3 uncommon at card 117 suggests Ravensburger is deliberately making Héctor accessible and buildable even at lower rarities. This is a card that's going to see real play in Song-heavy decks.
Un Poco Loco
Ink: Amethyst | Rarity: Rare | Card: 63/204
Un Poco Loco brings one of Coco's musical moments into Lorcana as an Amethyst Rare at card 63/204.
This card is worth paying attention to beyond just the Coco connection. Naming a card directly after Un Poco Loco, rather than a character, suggests Ravensburger may lean on musical numbers as thematic touchstones beyond just character cards — opening the door for a broader Coco card collection within the set. For collectors building a complete Coco Lorcana binder, that distinction matters.
What the Card Numbers Tell Us
Three cards confirmed, three different ink colors — Amber (Miguel), Ruby (Héctor at 117/204), Amethyst (Un Poco Loco at 63/204). This isn't enough to map a full archetype yet, but it's worth tracking as more of the 204-card list surfaces.
What we can note: Héctor at 117/204 sits in the Ruby section of the set, which traditionally runs from around card 100 onwards in Lorcana's ink ordering. Un Poco Loco at 63/204 sits in Amethyst. The spread of card numbers across different inks confirms Coco has representation in at least three of the six inks — and likely more, given that 204 main set cards across six inks gives Ravensburger plenty of room.
The Full Hyperia City Set
Hyperia City contains 204 cards in the main numbered set, plus an unconfirmed count of Enchanted cards above the main set number.
For context: every main Lorcana set since The First Chapter has contained 204 cards in the main set with Enchanted versions of selected cards above that number — typically 12 to 18 Enchanteds per set per Lorcana Player's complete card database. Hyperia City follows the same structure.
Each booster pack contains 12 cards, with a booster display containing 24 packs — giving you 288 cards total from a full display.

Since Set 9: Fabled, Disney Lorcana features eight rarity tiers. From most common to rarest: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Super Rare, Legendary, Epic, Enchanted, and Iconic. Iconic cards — introduced in Fabled and confirmed by Ravensburger as "the rarest in all the realm" — feature full-card artwork, a custom lore star foil pattern, and 3D hot stamp effects, with only two Iconic cards per set. Enchanted cards sit just below Iconic and remain the signature chase rarity for most players, appearing at roughly one per booster box. Both deserve proper protection the moment they leave the pack.
