TCG Store & Community Manager

Is TCG more than just a hobby for you?

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of TCG who will run our store day to day and, at the same time, become one of the key people shaping and growing the TCG player community in Latvia.

Main responsibilities

Store management and retail
  • Taking part in setting up the physical store
  • Running the store day to day, handling till operations and serving customers
  • Receiving, recording, displaying and stocktaking goods
  • Processing e-commerce orders
  • Buying, grading and selling singles
TCG community and events
  • Planning and running weekly game nights, tournaments and Pre-release / League events
  • Administering events on the official TCG platforms, such as Bandai TCG+, Melee.gg and Pokémon PLAY!
  • Judging tournaments, or recruiting and coordinating judges
  • Creating a friendly, inclusive and safe environment for both new and experienced players
Communication
  • Maintaining the store's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Discord
  • Creating content and keeping the community informed about news and events
  • Answering customer and community questions
  • Building and maintaining the events calendar

What we expect

  • A deep understanding of TCG: You know at least one of the leading games well — Pokémon, Lorcana, One Piece, MTG and others — and can find your way around the rest.

  • Experience in the TCG community: You play yourself, you have attended or organised tournaments, and you know the player scene well.

  • Strong communication skills: You can build a rapport with people of all ages and handle difficult situations.

  • Independence and organisation: You can plan your own work, run events and take responsibility for the result.

  • Excellent Latvian and good English

  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends: That is when tournaments and other TCG events most often take place.

Experience in retail, e-commerce or event organisation is considered an advantage.
