Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition is an open-world RPG from Monolith Soft, first released on the Nintendo Wii in 2012. Three years later, the title was also released on the Nintendo 3DS console, and now it is being introduced to players on the Nintendo Switch. The definitive version will offer improved visuals, smoother gameplay, a remastered soundtrack, and other improvements. Brand new players and those who have already experienced the title can look forward to the ultimate version of Shulk's epic adventure.

Xenoblade Chronicles is the very first game in the entire Xenoblade Chronicles series, the player finds himself in an open world divided into zones, where he completes main and side quests. A key aspect of your journey are battles with enemies in real time, during which there are even mysterious glimpses of the future.

The title is set in the environment of two frozen bodies of warring titans, Bionis and Michonis. These two opposing sides are not giving each other anything, the key to gaining a decisive advantage over the fate of the entire battle is the Monado sword. You play as Shulk, who discovers that he has the ability to control this sword. Together with your faithful friend Reyn, you embark on a long journey of revenge.

Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition will be available from May 29th exclusively on the Nintendo Switch console. On the same day, the Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition – Collector's Set will also be released, which includes a 250-page artbook, a steelbook, a vinyl with the game's music and an exclusive poster.
