It's time to go on a fitness adventure with your leg band and Ring-Con controller in hand! Discover a fantasy world of adventure and defeat a fictional dragon and his minions using real-life exercises in Ring Fit Adventure, the new fitness video game for Nintendo Switch! While on the move, you move across grassy plains, attack enemies with power-ups, and fill your health bar with yoga poses.

Two new accessories, the Ring-Con and the leg band, meticulously measure your real-world activity and translate it into in-game activity. With bonus mini-games and customizable workout sets, Ring Fit Adventure is a great escape for players of all physical abilities and time constraints.

Improve your game character and yourself!

Defeat all enemies in Adventure Mode with attacks that you perform using more than 40 real-life exercises. You traverse over 100 levels in over 20 worlds. With each level (and sweaty T-shirt) you complete, you earn skill points and collect ingredients to blend up healing smoothies.

Between battles, you can encounter unusual modes of transportation like squat sailing, paddling, and more! Even more surprises await you in towns and the General Store, where you can purchase outfits that increase your attack and defense, or complete side missions to earn super-effective items.

Want to compete with others? Hand over your Ring-Con controller and choose from 12 minigames: air blasting boxes, squatting pottery, and more. If you’re looking for a more in-depth workout, you can create your own workout sets with different combinations of exercises and minigames. You can also track your heart rate and calories burned with the built-in IR motion camera in the Joy-Con (R) controller.

This will always make sure you're following your plan. And if that's not enough, you can take your Ring-Con with you along with your Joy-Con controller, without the Nintendo Switch console. You can squeeze and stretch it while you're at work or sitting on a park bench. You then sync the Ring-Con with your game, and your workouts will be converted into skill points and items for your character. Stay motivated and reap the benefits of your workout in and out of the game!
