Captain Toad Goes on an Adventure

Originally released on Wii U, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is now coming to Nintendo Switch. The new version also features miniature levels inspired by the kingdoms of Super Mario Odyssey. There’s also the option to play with family or friends – one plays as Captain Toad and the other can help him with turnip cover fire, for example. Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker will be released for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS on July 13.

Our small and stocky hero must dodge the dangers that lie in wait for him while finding treasures scattered throughout trap-filled levels. Survive smoldering volcanoes, dangerous steam engines, haunted houses and even brand new levels inspired by Super Mario Odyssey.

Super Gems and Power Stars are hidden throughout the puzzle levels you explore. As you gradually collect the treasures that have been stolen from you by a mischievous and greedy bird named Wingo, you’ll be able to play as Toadette! These tiny heroes must dodge, hide, and use all the power-ups available to make it through enemy-infested areas like towers, Wild West shacks, and a water park – all brimming with goodies to find and secrets to uncover. All in the name of treasure! Point your flashlight at the Toadventure!
