Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

If we expect a significant delay (e.g. stock issues), we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination:

Estonia: 2–5 business days

EU countries: 5–10 business days

Outside EU: 7–20 business days (depending on carrier and customs)

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available from the carrier).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

PlayPeak OÜ is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Delivery of Goods

For consumers in the EU, risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you (or someone you designate) physically receive the goods.

For business customers, risk passes when goods are handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to us because of incorrect address information or failure to collect, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items are missing or damaged, contact us immediately at info@playpeak.eu so we can resolve the issue.
