14-Day Return & Cancellation Right (EU Cooling-Off)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All goods purchased by EU consumers are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee under Estonian law.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to their nature, including:

Opened or unsealed trading card products (booster packs, booster boxes, starter decks).

Mystery or blind-box items (contents are random by design).

Custom or special-order products (sourced specifically for you).

Gift cards.
Items marked “final sale” or “clearance” are returnable only if defective, unless otherwise permitted by law.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the product you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will refund you via your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
